We are happy to offer an exchange or refund* on any items returned back to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in resale-able condition.
*Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Exchanges are only possible for items of the same value or lower.

Shipping
Please note it may take up to a week for your order to be processed. After it is processed, shipping for the UK should take up to 3 working days, shipping outside the UK may take longer.
